Annual meeting in 2013 was grandly held by Dalian Teikoku 2013-03-06 At noon on 7th February of 2013, Dalian Teikoku grandly held an annual meeting in Lvshun Tuanshan Garden Hotel. The company leaders and all employees gathered joyfully to celebrate the arrival of the spring festival in 2013. Firstly, The general manager Gakubin Shimizu, representing the company leadership, expressed new year blessing to all the employees and their relatives, each leaders and partners who care about and support the development of company. During his speech, he said, “The year of 2012 is not only a very uncommon one in the process of the company development, but also a year in which met challenges and obtained a steady development. The global financial crisis broke out in 2008 while raged for in 2012. Every work of life is suffering from varying degrees of impact, especial that the Sino-Japanese relations deteriorating made the business environment of Japanese-funded enterprises worse and overwhelmed due to the previous Diaoyu islands events. Under the leadership of the company and the joint efforts of all the employees, all aspects of work still achieved encouraging results by our concerted efforts. 1，To fully complete the management targets, and refresh the high records of company performance in Dalian Teikoku history.

2，To make successful acquisition of Taiwan Teikoku which is asubsidiarycorporation from Teikoku (Japan), since then Taiwan market will beincorporated into the business region by Dalian Teikoku.

3，To develop the high-power (200KW~400KW) canned motor pump with two poles motor without water-cooling which meet International standard - API 685 and fill the blank for this kind of products in localization field. 4，To built an assembly and test plant for high-power pump which covers 1350㎡, and realize the overall annual production capacity of 500 million yuan. All these above significant initiatives lay a firm foundation for Dalian Teikoku to broaden the market and extend the development. We were awarded as a large taxpayer in Lvshun again in 2012 and it was the tenth year to be awarded as this title. The external image is promoted and we get the full affirmation in the industry. The company culture, employee competency and welfare benefits are much improved. Look far ahead into 2013, The GM SHIMIZU said, “We will meet the new opportunities and new tasks. The increasingly fierce competition in both domestic and foreign markets put forward higher requirements to us. It leads us work together, be realistic and pragmatic, forge ahead, innovate bravely, make great efforts to enhance core competitiveness and create a new brilliant career in 2013 under the guidance of new business slogan as “with stronger confidence, be pragmatic progressive”.

 During the meeting, the rationalization proposal winners in 2012, excellent working teams andindividuals for QC sheet submission are awarded. There have totally 63 persons and 4 working teams to be awarded by cash.

 During the dinner, the company also organized a lucky draw. There totally have 28 employees to obtain HD LED TVs and special awards-IPADs.

The employees put on performance enthusiastically during the dinner and lucky drawing. Thehumors of hosts and the sing of employees made the meeting and dinner immersed in the cheerful atmosphere. The annual meeting of Dalian Teikoku ended successfully in the cheerful singing with heartfelt thanks and good wishes to all.
